Each month we’ll work with the spiritual exercises I use nearly every day found in the book How To Know Higher Worlds by Rudolf Steiner. This book has profoundly changed my life and my perspective on the world.

 At this moment in human evolution, I believe this work is best done in a group so I’ve created these monthly gatherings to work through each chapter and its salient points while engaging with the exercises and concepts together. We will do this in context of current events and inner work.
