My mission is to help you create sacred spaces in the midst of ordinary life.
When I was 28, I tried to be an atheist. I really, really, really tried. Throughout my life, I had spiritual experiences with nature, people, and the invisible worlds around me but that didn’t fit in with the main stream conception of life.
It took me a while to accept my spiritual self, but once I acknowledged it, my life opened up in astounding ways. Since then, I’ve been helping people connect to their best selves through inner work, events and online education, and spiritual exploration.
As a mom, online course creator, educator, speaker, and coach, my spiritual life has been full of humor, imperfection, and deep meaning. Check out some of my recent work….
